These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Prevsi Health platform and services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must be a resident of the State of Florida
- You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up
Services provided
Prevsi Health coordinates telehealth consultations with independent licensed Florida physicians, laboratory testing, and pharmacy fulfillment. Prevsi Health does not itself practice medicine; all medical decisions are made by licensed physicians exercising independent clinical judgment.
Not for emergencies
Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Cost of services
Consultations and laboratory testing are provided at no cost to you. Medication costs are covered through your insurance or through manufacturer patient assistance programs. You will never be billed directly by Prevsi Health.
Account termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform. Medical records are retained as required by Florida law.
